Frequently Asked Questions

Ticketing:

  • Visitors may access our historic house museum interiors through guided tours, group reservations, or public programs.
  • Visitors are encouraged to reserve tickets online, particularly if there is a specific date and time you would like to tour. In most cases, we can accommodate walk-up visitors without reservations; please stop at the onsite visitor center upon arrival to purchase tickets.
  • Tickets for tours will be sent via e-mail and may be printed or displayed on a mobile device upon arrival. Tickets are not issued for public programs; please plan to check in with a staff member by name upon arrival.
  • Tour tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to visit for your reserved tour time, you may transfer tickets to a future date as space allows. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your original ticket time if you need to reschedule your visit. If you miss your scheduled tour time, we will try to accommodate you on a later tour on the same day as space and operations allow. We are not able to provide refunds for tours missed without notice.
  • Tickets for public programs and special events are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise noted on the event's ticketing page.
