Exciting discoveries await those who venture into secrete spaces! Phelps-Hatheway’s believed summer program returns for 2022 with new activities and crafts in store. Explore the house and grounds of the museum and use clues from the past to better understand the 18th and 19th-century history and culture. Each day will focus on a special theme: Cultivate and Gather: Dig and Record; Stitch; and Connect and Celebrate. Following the day’s activities, participants will talk about the importance of history and preservation in our lives and communities.
This program will take place at the Phelps-Hatheway House. Please use this map for reference.
Participants should bring a snack and water bottle each day. Recommended for children ages 8-12. Registration required; space is limited.
