Connecticut Landmarks’ offices and sites will be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Tours of the Bellamy-Ferriday House & Garden will not be available. Sites with regular Friday hours will resume operations as scheduled.
As we celebrate the 248th anniversary of the founding of our country, Connecticut Landmarks is also considering how an understanding of our history can help build a brighter future for all Americans. We seek to bring in new visitors, new viewpoints, and new experiences that will impact a wide range of people. This is an ongoing process and one that requires all of us to work toward the same goals to create a state whose understanding of its diverse past inspires its people to move forward together as one.
