The Property
The Isham-Terry House is a late 19th- and early 20th-century time capsule.
The 15-room mansion is adorned with crown moldings, ceiling medallions, hand painted walls and ceilings, gilded pier mirrors, stained glass windows, and electrified gas-light chandeliers.
The first floor parlor and surrounding rooms are a perfect venue for corporate events and other special gatherings.
The property includes tentable space for groups up to 150.
Capacity
Facility rentals are available year round.
Formal parlor and ornate library rooms accommodate 85 standing and 40 seated.
Private dining room may be rented for intimate events up to 12 seated guests.
A broad, level lawn may be tented for groups up to 150 standing.

Celebrations & Corporate Events
Full day rental: $3,500
Half day rental up to 4 hours: $1,750
Showers and Other Small Events (for groups under 40), up to 2 hours: $500
Non-Profit Meeting Rate (for groups under 40), up to 4 hours: $250 per hour
Non-Profit Events, up to 10 hours: $2,500
Photo Sessions
(Non-Commercial)
Exclusive use of indoor & outdoor locations: $350 for 2 hours
