DESCRIPTION:Get into the spirit of the season and meet the ghosts of New Londoners who have ghoulish stories to tell—talk with them if you dare! Experience the city’s oldest house at twilight and make s’mores over an open fire \nAdmission is FREE\, with a suggested donation of $5 per person to support programming at the Hempsted Houses. Advance registration available\, but walk-ins are welcome! \nRegister Now\n\nParticipants are welcome to come in costume. Please refrain from extreme gore\, masks that cover the whole face or head\, tripping hazards\, or using cultural identities as costumes. Please dress for the weather as parts of this program take place outdoors. All ages and abilities are welcome! \nFloristry doesn’t need to end when the gardens have gone to rest! Join site administrator Lynn Mervosh and staff for a holiday bulb workshop that will brighten the shortest days of the year. Lynn will share the history of these bulbs and how to encourage a long-lasting display. \nRegister Now\n\n Guests will be provided with a pot\, soil\, and a variety of mosses\, and may select a bulb(s) to their liking.
