DESCRIPTION:Bring a lawn chair and a picnic dinner while you enjoy music in the lovely setting of the Butler-McCook House & Garden. Plus\, be sure to stay for a free tour of the house’s first floor! Audio tours are available via the IZI.Travel app for the historic garden. The Amos Bull and Butler-McCook Houses will also celebrate featured artist exhibitions. Concerts happen rain or shine. In case of inclement weather\, the concert will move indoors to the Amos Bull Community Room. \nFeatured Performers: Dan Pugach Nonet feat. Nicole Zuraitis \nDan Pugach is a GRAMMY® Award-winning drummer and composer. His latest album\, Bianca Reimagined: Music for Paws and Persistence (2024)\, featuring Nicole Zuraitis\, won the 2025 GRAMMY® Award for Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album. Additionally\, he was the featured drummer on the 2024 GRAMMY® Award-winning album How Love Begins\, co-produced by Nicole Zuraitis and Christian McBride. His debut album\, Dan Pugach Nonet – Plus One (2018)\, reached the top 20 in Jazz radio and earned a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Arrangement\, Instruments and Vocal for “Jolene” alongside Zuraitis. \nThe Amos Bull and Butler-McCook Houses will also celebrate a featured artist exhibition by Luis Cotto as well as Andy Hart and Cecil Hudson. \nRegister Now\n\nSponsored by: the Richard P. Prospect Street in Hartford. The grounds open at 5 pm and the performance begins at 6 pm. Please note that metered street parking is usually readily available in the area\, and free after 6 pm. Visitors may park and enter at the Butler-McCook entrance on Main Street\, or the Amos Bull entrance on S. Prospect Street. \nThis program takes place outdoors.
