October 1875: In which a murder has been committed, but all before the start of our story. Our show opens on the night of an engagement party of Fredrick Griswold and Clara Bennett but soon turns sour when the ghost of Fredrick’s previous (and very late) wife appears with wild accusations and a heavy curse… It is the job of the audience to help the guests uncover the truth, and perhaps save a soul or two.

WOMAN IN BLUE takes place in the 19th-century as you join the fictional guests of the Griswold-Bennett engagement party. Escapism Productions returned to the Isham-Terry House, in partnership with Connecticut Landmarks, to create an original historical drama set in 19th century, and greatly influenced by the popular media of the era. Come and explore the House and the story in this unique production. We are waiting for you to escape with us.
